Do I need to install an app?
No. A CARD.PM card is a web link: it opens in the browser of any phone. You can add it to Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or your home screen.
What happens when a team member changes roles, or leaves?
Their card updates remotely, and both their link and their NFC objects follow them. If they leave the company, the license is reset and reassigned to their replacement, free of charge.
Is NFC required?
No. We favor going 100% digital; the Business card, FEED and SPOT are optional. They can be reprogrammed remotely: nothing ever needs reprinting.
Where is my data, and can I get it back?
In France, with a French software company, with zero third-party trackers. Export your directory to Excel whenever you like, and an API is open to authorized accounts.
Can we use our own domain name and brand guidelines?
Yes, that’s the default setup for networks: connected domain or subdomain, certificate included, logos, colors and typography locked at the brand or template level.
How do we prove consent from the contacts we call back?
The card’s “Let’s stay connected” form collects separate consent for each channel. When they click “Send and sign”, it’s timestamped and kept as proof, available in CONSENT.PM.
What is the difference between FEED and SPOT?
FEED collects Google reviews, as an adhesive plaque or an easel. SPOT replaces the pile of cards at the point of sale: a stuck-on NFC card that shares the advisor's business card.
Can the products be customised?
Yes. Logo, colours and text follow your brand guidelines. NFC cards come in PVC, wood or metal, and a proof is approved before every print run.
What is consent.pm?
The service that collects, seals and proves your prospects' consent before a sales call, as required in France since 11 August 2026. It is available from your CARD.PM card.
