Why this charter?
DATAMIX.IO is a webapps editor, founded in January 2015, and whose business is to accompany its customers in their digitalization.
Each DATAMIX.IO employee shares the company's values, which are service culture, transparency, partnership, empathy, creativity, reactivity and commitment. Aware of its responsibilities, DATAMIX.IO is committed to taking into account the social, economic and environmental impacts in all its decisions, actions and recommendations made to its customers.
These commitments are gathered here in the DATAMIX.IO CSR charter.
This CSR policy allows DATAMIX.IO to reduce its environmental impact, to improve its customer relations and the relevance of its recommendations, and to develop a harmonious human resources policy allowing each employee to grow and develop in cohesion with the values of the group.
Our CSR charter is the key to sustainable growth and profitability for the company, its employees, partners, customers and, more broadly, the end consumers and the ecosystem in which we operate.

1.Sustainable development
Our IT policy
The objective is to reduce the impact of our information systems on the environment.
In order to limit their carbon and energy footprint, DATAMIX.IO is conducting various actions:
- Exclusive choice of an eco-responsible host (OVH): eco-innovation is at the heart of OVH's philosophy. Since 2003, OVH has been engaged in a process of reducing the energy consumption of its data centers, notably by designing an exclusive liquid cooling system for its servers. As a hosting company, OVH is constantly innovating in order to reduce the amount of electricity needed to run its data centers. The energy cost of the servers is reduced and the customers benefit directly. OVH has succeeded in completely eliminating air conditioning by developing exclusive cooling systems.
- Data storage within shared tools in order to rely on professional solutions that optimize resource consumption and limit printing as much as possible by digitizing the company's key processes (quotes, contracts, invoices, customer deliveries, etc.).
- Rationalization of printing: reduction of the volume of printing (black and white, double-sided, etc.), collection and recycling of consumables, reuse of unused printed paper as drafts or notepads...
- Management of workstations: eco-responsible purchases, organization of the end of life of equipment, reduction of electricity consumption (turning off computers every evening, etc.).
- Maximum use of videoconferencing to minimize travel.
- Waste management and reduction of energy consumption: the company applies its waste collection and treatment policy at all levels within the company:
- The selective sorting is set up.
- The lights are systematically turned off outside of business hours and all employee computers are turned off at night.
Reduction of travel and promotion of public transport modes
The company is committed to a systematic approach to minimizing travel, particularly through video and web conferencing (use of meet.google.com).
When necessary, the travel of the company's employees is rationalized in the direction of public transportation (plane, train, subway, bus, and if not, shared vehicles...).
All of the company's employees work from home, which also saves on travel between home and work.
Raising awareness among employees, customers and partners
The company's CSR Charter is given to newcomers as soon as they join the company. Each employee is invited to sign it.
In addition, DATAMIX.IO's CSR manager monitors the application of the Charter within the company on a daily basis.

2.Social Policy
Commitments to employee well-being
Through its organization, its management model and the benefits it offers, the company strives to contribute to the development of its employees. In this sense, the company has put in place various measures contributing to the well-being of its employees.
Proximity management
Each employee is individually accompanied in his or her career within DATAMIX.IO by a dedicated associate. By privileging dialogue and common understanding, the manager leads the employee on the path to success and professional development, encouraging him/her to develop his/her skills on a daily basis.
Diversity & equal opportunities
The company is committed to the development of a culture of promoting equal opportunities and respect for others and their differences.
This commitment is applied at all stages of human resources management, such as hiring, training, advancement and professional promotion of employees, etc.
As an example, the rate of female employees is currently 33%.
In addition, DATAMIX.IO welcomes every year young people in the framework of their observation days in companies (third and second year) and DATAMIX.IO also welcomes every year one or several apprentices in the framework of their studies.

Transparency

Ethics
Ethics are at the heart of the company's business relationships. The company is committed to fight against corruption and influence peddling.
In application of these principles, everyone must avoid situations where personal interests may conflict with those of DATAMIX.IO and which could harm the company. Objectivity must guide everyone in their relations with the company's various partners. Any potential conflict of interest must be disclosed to DATAMIX.IO's CSR manager in order to allow the company to prevent or resolve it.
The company ensures that its subcontractors and suppliers are committed to an ethical approach and hopes that they also respect the principles of this charter.
Privacy
The company is committed to respecting the confidentiality and security of confidential information received from employees, customers and other stakeholders, and not to divert it from its original purpose by appropriating it or making it available to a third party.
This also requires its employees to respect the confidentiality and security of such information and data (including personal data). It is also essential for each employee to ensure that all information specific to DATAMIX.IO remains strictly confidential.

The company undertakes to comply with the rules of national and international competition law and to refrain from any practice that would impede free competition.
Supplier commitments
Since its creation, DATAMIX.IO favors sustainable development criteria for the choice of its suppliers.
Moreover, DATAMIX.IO scrupulously respects the payment conditions of its suppliers.
DATAMIX.IO also strives to reduce the risks of dependence of its suppliers.
Societal orientations
The company includes in the recommendations made to its clients any type of action that respects the CSR principles of this charter and also corresponds to the societal aspirations of consumers in the countries in which the company operates.
The company encourages all its clients to promote responsible consumption policies.
The company has also set up a donation policy and supports an association of its choice every year.
The company's participation in sustainable development is illustrated through various organizations:

- Sponsorship of beehives within the company Un toit pour les abeilles (https://www.untoitpourlesabeilles.fr) to increase our participation in the protection of the environment.

- Businesses must support a preventive approach to environmental challenges;
- Take initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility;
- Encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.
FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION
- Companies are urged to take action against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.
