Email signature – on your iPhone / iPad (Apple Mail)

EMAIL:

  • Open and log in to your CARD.PM user interface on your iPhone via your **Safari browser (this is essential), then go to the "EMAIL SIGNATURE" section

  • Once your signature is on the screen, tap the “COPY SIGNATURE” button, which will then turn green and display the text “SIGNATURE COPIED”

  • You must then go to the Settings menu on your iPhone

  • Then select ‘Signature’

  • Once in the signature management menu, simply paste your signature into the designated field by selecting the correct email account.

IMPORTANT: You must include at least one character above or below the image for it to be recognised by the Mail app. You could, for example, add a personalised message such as: “Kind regards” / “your first name” or a simple full stop “.” or hyphen “-” below your signature image. Without this step, the signature will not appear in your emails.

  • Once you’ve pasted the signature, you must then shake (yes, shake) your iPhone vigorously to bring up the “Cancel/Edit Attributes” menu this will depend on your OS version (prior to iOS 13)

Tap “Yes”, then tap the arrow < Mail in the top-left corner

You can then test your new signature by composing a new email in your Mail app.

Your signature should now appear at the bottom of your email.

If you get stuck on any of the steps or if it doesn’t work, we recommend restarting your iPhone and starting again by carefully following all the steps in this tutorial, or trying the Spark

There you go, your signature is set up!

All that’s left is to test your signature by sending yourself an email
BUT PLEASE NOTE: the link in your signature is NEVER active whilst you’re composing the email; it only becomes active once you’ve received it.**
