MAIL :

• Open and connect to your CARD.PM user interface on your iPhone from your SAFARI **browser (essential) then go to the "EMAIL SIGNATURE" section.

• Once your signature is on the screen, tap on the "COPY SIGNATURE" button, which then turns green with the text "SIGNATURE IS COPYED".

• Then go to the Settings menu on your iPhone

• Then Signature

• Once you're in the signature management menu, all you have to do is paste your signature in the box provided, selecting the right email account.

IMPORTANT: You must insert at least one character above or below the image for it to be taken into account by the Mail application. You can also, for example, add a personalised text: "Yours truly" / "Your first name" or a simple dot "." or hyphen "-" below the image of your signature. Without this step, the signature will not load in your emails.

• Once you've pasted the signature, you need to shake (yes, shake) your iPhone hard to bring up the "Undo Modify Attributes" menu **this will depend on your OS version (before iOS 13).

Tap on "Yes" and then tap on the arrow at the top left < Mail

Now all you have to do is test your new signature by editing a new email from your mail application.

Your signature should then appear at the bottom of your email.

**Your signature is now installed!

Now you can test your signature by sending yourself an email BUT BEWARE that the link to your signature is NEVER active when the email is sent, only when it is received.
