Go to your CARD.PM user/administrator interface and select the “EMAIL SIGNATURE” tab

Click the “COPY SIGNATURE” button

Open your “Gmail” app, click the cog icon in the menu, then select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.


Go to the email signature settings and then paste (Ctrl + V on a PC or Cmd + V on a Mac) into the signature editing field

IMPORTANT: Once the signature has been copied, you’ll need to save the changes by clicking the button provided for this purpose at the bottom of the page.

Test your new signature by sending yourself an email (make sure you select the correct email signature if you have multiple accounts). Once you’ve received the email (make sure you allow images to be downloaded in your email client**), click on the image in your email signature to check that you’re taken to your interactive business card (a web page featuring your business card will open).
