Statistics - Ranking

This table is accessible in your interface manager CARD.PM. It allows you to monitor the effectiveness of your team's digital business cards.


🥇 Column: RANK

Automatic ranking from best to worst performer based on card activity.


👤 Column: VISIT CARD Name of employee associated with the card.

Name of the employee associated with the card. (Data anonymised in this version)


📧 Column: EMAIL

Professional email address linked to the card. (Data anonymised in this version)


🔢 Column: SINGLE CONTACTS

Number of different people who have clicked at least once on the card.

Example:

  • 892 unique contacts" = 892 different people have consulted this map.

🔁 Column: NUMBER OF OPENINGS

Total number of times the card has been opened, including repeat visits by the same contact.

Example:

  • 2,478 openings = the card has been opened a total of 2,478 times.

📈 Column: CONSULTATION FREQUENCY

Ratio calculated: Number of openings ÷ Number of unique contacts`

This is used to measure interest in or re-use of the card.

Reading:

  • 1.5` = each contact consulted the card 1.5 times on average.
