There's a difference in appreciation between the worlds of Unix (Android, iOS, OSX) and Microsoft which means that, to this day, vCards generated from your mobiles will give an unsightly "À£" when opened on a PC if they contain accents.

We have chosen to remove accents from all cards until this situation is resolved, in order to guarantee clear legibility; and we are actively campaigning - among many companies - for a clear standard on this point.

Of course, we store your details in the correct format, and will convert all vCards as soon as the expected change in standard is fully implemented.
