Screen background: 2560 x 2560 HD and 1920 x 1200 minimum (JPEG format required)

Map background: 2560 x 2560 HD and 1920 x 1200 minimum (JPEG format required)

Top and bottom banners : Minimum width 720 pixels / Maximum width 2560 pixels and free height

Top and bottom videos : URL link to YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Facebook... PLEASE NOTE: We do not host your videos. You must upload your video to one of the above applications.

Logo : Minimum width 720 pixels / Maximum width 2560 pixels and free height (JPEG or PNG format, ideally cropped).

Portrait photo on card: 720 x 720 square minimum for better integration into the Vcard

Photo for Vcard: 400 x 400 minimum (Ratio 1 x 1 imposed)

Smartphone icon or Favicon: 512 x 512 ideally and 144 x 144 minimum

A favicon is a computer icon symbolising a website or company logo. Web browsers can use the favicon in the address bar, bookmarks, tabs or other shortcuts. Generally used for your company's Facebook page.

NOTE: Our service does not include any graphic design or modification of your communication tools. You must provide us with elements that can be used directly by our services (images or logos in .PNG or .JPG format, not in .PDF or .AI format, etc.).

Once in your user account, go to "CUSTOMER NOTICES".

Then enter the url (link) to your customer reviews in the "url address" field

The default link text will be "CUSTOMER REVIEWS" but you can customise it in the "link title" field.

Remember to save your changes using the "SAVE" button.

You should now find the link to your CUSTOMER NOTICES on your digital business card.

IMPORTANT: A logo may appear on your card depending on the customer reviews service you use.

You can add a video either to your template (the video will then appear on all the cards linked to the template if you have the power to manage several cards) or to a card.

In the template or the card, go to "Content" > "News".

Then click on "+ create a news item below or above the map". Then click on the video logo

You will then need to add the link / url to your video in the area provided (Please note that we do not host videos, you must upload your videos to an online video service such as Youtube, Vimeo, etc.).

You can also enter a start and end date. If you do not set a date, the video will remain visible at all times.

TO FINISH DON'T FORGET TO CLICK ON THE SAVE BUTTON to confirm your changes.

Check that your video is on your business card(s). If this is not the case, check that the url of your video is in the correct format, for example for YouTube : https://youtube.com/watch?v=xxx

To modify or add to your card(s), you must be logged in to your user/administrator account using your username and password sent by email.

Your portrait photo (We automatically compress your photos) Preferably we invite you to put a photo in portrait format. Please choose your photo carefully. Don't hesitate to take one with your smartphone / digital camera or through a photographer.

Beware of holiday photos ;-) Depending on your profession, it's best to use a well-framed, professional pose.

CONTACT DETAILS " SECTION

EMAIL(S) : Your email address(es)

TELEPHONE : Mobile phone / landline / fax ...

MESSAGING: Skype / Facebook Messenger / WeChat / Slack / SMS (this option allows you to click on the number to automatically launch the smartphone's sms application)...

ADDRESS: Your company address

In OPTIONS + :

GOOGLE MAPS ADDRESS LINK: Once you have found your company's address on Google Maps, copy and paste the link into your browser's address bar.

You can also add information that will be displayed on your card at the address: company name, department or division, website linked to the address, telephone number, email address, etc.

SOCIAL NETWORKS : Linked, Facebook, Viadéo

These links will appear in the contact details on the map (along with the telephone number, email address, etc.).

Ideally, you should put your personal social networks here and those of the company in the "CONTENT" / Icons section.

**If you only have one of each account, we advise you to put them in both places (Social Networks and Icons).

WEBSITES: Link to your website(s)

**CONTENT" SECTION

NEWS: Add a video and/or a banner (for the banner, please contact us as you don't have the control yet)

*KEYWORDS: Enter a series of words that will enable your contacts to find you by typing these words into their telephone directory (Example: estate agent, plumber, buying, selling, renting, marketing, digital...)

PAGE FOOTERS: Create link(s) to other web pages (on your site for example, or on a partner's site for example: our rates, our team, our products, etc.).

Here you need to enter the URL of the link you want to point to in the "URL address" field and then enter the title of the link that will appear on your card in the "Link title" field.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS: Link to your customer reviews page with a customisable link text (for example: our customer reviews).

The service logo is automatically included in the CARD.PM integration card.

SHARING TEXT: Allows you to customise the texts (sms / email) that are automatically generated by our application when you share a card using the share button.

**VISUALS" SECTION

LOGO : Change or add a logo to a card

UNDER LOGOS : Add a second logo under the first to your card

BACKGROUND: Change the background image behind your map (it's important to include a high-quality image in landscape format, as your map will also be visible from computers).

**PARAMETERS" SECTION

STATISTICS: Number of displays and unique visitors to your map (filter by IP address)

LANGUAGES : Languages you wish to activate (Please note that you will need to translate the elements into the other languages and have links that also link to content in the language).

This is in no way to indicate the languages you speak.

Once you have logged in to your CARD.PM account https://app.card.pm/signin, click on the "MODIFY" button and then, in the "Identity" section, click on the "Portrait photo" button. All you have to do is add your photo. We strongly advise you to have a well-framed portrait / bust photo like these examples:

The template groups together all the elements that you will find on a set or group of cards.

For example, the company logo, the colours, a video, etc.

HOW IT WORKS: If you make any changes to the card, the card will override the template settings, for example: If I have a logo or address in my template and I add a logo or address to the card, these will replace those in the template.

TEMPLATE IDENTIFICATION

TEMPLATE NAME: Rename your template to identify it better.

NAME DISPLAYED IN AUTOMATIC MESSAGES WHEN SHARING (SMS ETC...): Name that is automatically implemented when cards are shared

DEFAULT LANGUAGES

Here you'll find the languages that have been ticked for your cards.

This will display the language flags, but please note that you must complete the various languages selected with translated text and links.

**GRAPHIC CHARTER" SECTION

COLOURS: Determine the colours of your card(s) in the different elements of the card(s).

There are 4 ways to set your colours:

Automated selection: We propose the colours of your logos that you select for each zone of your map.

Simplified mode: We offer a colour selection palette for each area of your card.

Advanced mode: Enter the precise colour codes for each zone on your map.

There are online utilities that allow you to retrieve the colours for your logo (do an internet search using "Online Color Picker").

**CARD.PM does not automatically translate your card.

Please note: it is not sufficient to add a new language simply by ticking a language in your interface.

You must also translate the text elements (for example, your job title: FR > Directeur Commercial; UK > Sales Director; ES > Director Comercial ...) into the desired language.

By clicking on "add a new language" we simply make a copy of your main card which you must complete in the desired language.

If you do not complete the elements in the desired language, your card will be incomplete.

Once you have clicked on the language flag and started sharing it by text message, for example, you will simply receive a sharing text message in the selected language.

You can add your Facebook messenger to your map by filling in the Messenger field in your user interface at the end of the url of your messenger link.

For example:

Keep only the end of the link, i.e. "card.pm" in the Messenger field, then save.

How do I find my Messenger URL? Click on the Contact button on your FB page > A small window will open > Go to the window settings then click on open in Messenger > You will see the url of your Facebook Messenger in the address field of your browser.

X BUSINESS CARDS

  • Find a list of your cards sorted by name

  • You can filter / organise the cards with different views / add cards with the + button

Search for a card in the list by entering the holder's first or last name in the search field, then press ENTER or click on the magnifying glass.

Once you are on the card you want, click on it to open its menu:

  • Edit the map to modify it using the dedicated tutorial by clicking here

  • Deliver the map

  • See the statistics for this map

  • Edit the template for this map to apply changes

  • Assign this map to another template (e.g. change of branch or division)

  • Permanently delete the card

User rights :

Here you can configure all the functions and data that can or cannot be modified by the user via their user account.

If the box is ticked, the function is available on the user interface.

The Managers option allows you to display or name for managers the sections (data modification) that users can or cannot access in their interface.

If the box is ticked, managers will be able to see data that cannot be modified by users from their interface (but identified by a grey shaded area).

RGPD :

DPO (Data Protection Officer) contact details

Photographs :

By ticking the box, you require double validation from your users involving validation of your RGPD policy.

In the text area you can include a text explaining what the user is committing to by ticking this box and what will happen to the use of their photo.

They must therefore give you permission to use their photo on their digital business card.

STATISTICS

Here you'll find statistics on opening cards / downloading Vcards from the card using the download buttons / and opening cards from email signatures (if the signature is configured correctly in the email utility, please refer to the email signature section by clicking here).

A filter by IP address is used for unique visitors. If a card is opened several times from the same IP address, it will only be counted once.

For openings, IP addresses are combined.
